How many times have you read your favorite and started to cast its movie version in your mind? Artemis Fowl by Eoin Colfer

The hugely successful series of books by Irish writer Eoin Colfer find their way onto the big screen thanks to director Kenneth Branagh. Artemis is a 12-year-old criminal mastermind and a millionaire to boot. This movie tells the story of Artemis’s seemingly straightforward capture of fairy Captain Holly Short. Crammed full of thrills, magic and adventure, this rollercoaster tale is sure to grab the imagination of young and old.


The Woman in the Window by AJ Finn

The central character Anna suffers from agoraphobia which prevents he from leaving her home in New York for the best part of a year. However, when he witnesses something from her window from across the street and hears a scream, she must decide what to do next. This adaptation of Finn’s novel stars Academy Award winners Gary Oldman and Julianne Moore.


Death on the Nile by Agatha Christie

This classic Agatha Christie tale has already been made into a film in 1978, but this updated version is a follow-up to the Murder On The Orient Express, and will once again star and be directed by Kenneth Branagh.
